Weddings
Our wedding packages have been crafted with careful consideration covering all of the key elements for your perfect day. However, if its not quite what you had in mind, come and see us so we can discuss what would make the perfect package for you.
Golden Oak
Up to 150 guests
The Golden Oak package includes:
The use of two beautiful tipi giant hats and one little hat, with mat flooring, lighting, rustic decor, photo wall, fairy lights and festoon lights.
Decorated bride’s dressing tent with make-up tables, mirrors, hanging rail and a bottle of bubbles. The Groom’s dressing tent comes with a stocked beer fridge, hanging rail and comfy chairs. Both have a power supply for hairdryers etc.

The Beautiful honeymoon suite bell tent for bride and groom with canopied double bed, carpet and romantic accessories.

A fully stocked tea tent in camping village.
​
Decorative wooden bar, self serve beer bar, buffet hay cart, reception furniture,
tableware, linen, glassware and cutlery.

Silent disco station and set up until 1pm.

The Silver Birch package includes:
The use of our fully lined marquee with mat flooring, lighting, rustic decor, photo wall,
fairy lights and festoons

Our wedding packages include the exclusive use of the venue and grounds including the Woodland Grove, Reception Corner and Camping Village* for the whole weekend from Friday-Sunday (Bank holiday Mondays are negotiable). Also included as standard:

• Our bespoke service, personal liaison and professional, friendly team on hand to help all weekend
• Camping village area and organisation of bell tents for guests – *tent costs are separate to packages
• Unique horse trailer toilet and shower facilities
• Lit up outdoor dance floor, ambient seating area and fire pits
• Decorative wooden bar, self-serve beer bar, buffet hay cart, tables and chairs, tableware, linen, glassware and cutlery
• Meetings and site visits prior to event
• Local supplier recommendations – affiliations with The Greyhound Pub, Charcott for cask supplies and hog/lamb roast, POA
• The ability to use your own suppliers
• Car park use for all guests for the whole weekend
• Clear up and recycling

PARTY BUNDLE
Chestnut
Up to 150 guests
The Chestnut package includes:
The use of our fully lined marquee with mat flooring, lighting, rustic decor, photo wall,
fairy lights and festoons.

Decorative wooden bar, self serve beer bar, buffet hay cart, reception furniture,
tableware, linen, glassware and cutlery.

DJ from 7pm until 11pm, silent disco station and setup until 1pm.

Festivals
We can also accommodate a range of festivals on our large site, with space allowing for stage set ups, bar and food outlets, a range of tents for exhibitions or dancing and a friendly campsite space with fully furnished bell tents available for hire. We can also accommodate camper vans and personal tents. Toilet facilities will be provided. The site is child and dog friendly.

Camping
Our large site is also available for short stay camping in the summer months. A back to nature camping experience, pitch your tent or camper van (no electrical outlets available) in our spacious field and enjoy the peace and quiet, explore the woods and play in the stream. Toilet facilities are available. The site is child and dog friendly (on-lead due to farm animals grazing nearby). Please email us on info@ellk.co.uk to book your pitch.
Glamping
We host a glamping site in the summer months with fully furnished bell tents for up to 5 people. Enjoy the peace and quiet, explore the woods and play in the stream. Toilet facilities are available.
